Professional Profile
Bringing possibilities to life is the core to my essence and what I desire for the world in which we live. Looking back at the past decade, you would see me discovering the history of structural inequity and inequality – answers I searched for in retrospect to my own life. I went on to graduate from the University of Alabama and continued investing in social justice as an NYC alumnus of Teach for America. Exiting the classroom, I continued to chase impact - but on a greater scale. I helped drive the interests of refugees, the citizens of Georgia, and teacher leaders across America. And for nearly five years, I helped expand the reach of KIPP Public Schools nationally, continuing to create positive change for more than 100,000 public school students. Through it all, I continue to chase the possible.
